Learning about the Korora

Today Rooms 5 and 6 were lucky enough to have Sally Bain come and talk about the Korora - Little Blue Penguin. We learnt about the life cycle of this special bird, as well as how lucky we are to be able to live with them in our environment. We learnt how we can help protect them too. Mrs Hollard used to have them living under her house!!

  1. Tilly said not to disturb or go near the penguins little rocky caves. She also said they are noisy and smelly. Great to learn about our wee feathered neighbours.
